Participants throughout the region successfully completed training on active listening, crisis co-regulation, and life space interviewing to help others deescalate and develop coping skills.

Karen Kline has spent the past 25 years supporting students as a teacher aide with Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES.

Through their internships, the students have stepped out of their comfort zone to learn new skills while forming close relationships with the horses they care for.

Through her placement at the YMCA’s Early Learning Center in Auburn, the Community Experience Program student at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is gaining practical experience while building confidence.

For 20 years, Zachary Tamburrino has been a familiar and dependable presence at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES. As a cleaner on campus, he has literally watched the organization grow around him.
