    As technology continues to play an integral role in modern education, safeguarding sensitive student information is paramount. The New York State Education Department and Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES are intensifying efforts to uphold critical safeguards outlined in NYS Education Law 2-D. By establishing clear guidelines and requirements, the law helps to ensure that student data is handled responsibly and securely by both educational agencies and third-party service providers.     IMPROPER DISCLOSURE FORM: BOCES

    Any parent, eligible student, or staff may complete this form to file a written complaint regarding a breach or unauthorized release of student data with the BOCES.
    IMPROPER DISCLOSURE FORM: NYSED

    By filing this form, you are filing a complaint with the NYSED Privacy Office alleging that PII has been disclosed to or accessed by an unauthorized person.
    APPROVED SOFTWARE

    FERPA NOTICE

    MILITARY RECRUITERS POLICY
