  • This comprehensive 77-hour pre-licensing course is the first step toward a dynamic and rewarding career in New York real estate. Approved by the New York Department of State (NYS DOS), this program provides the mandated foundational knowledge and practical skills required to pass the state licensing exam and operate successfully and ethically in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets. The curriculum delves into the legal, financial, and practical aspects of real estate transactions. You will also explore the principles of property ownership, land use, valuation, and finance, with a strong emphasis on New York specific laws and regulations. The remote course is designed to transform you from a novice into a competent professional, ready to navigate listing presentations, marketing strategies, contract procedures and closing processes with confidence.
