WHO TAKES AN ONLINE COURSE?

Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES serves students in Central New York for various educational needs. Students take online courses for acceleration purposes, broader course options, or when there is a scheduling conflict. Some students take online courses as college or workforce preparation. Homebound or traveling students benefit from online courses to stay on track for graduation.

Students can only participate in an online course by going through their counselor at their high school. Homeschool students are not eligible to participate. Parents/guardians must work with the students’ high school counselor.
