Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is pleased to announce that 18 students placed in the top three of their respective fields in the 2025 SkillsUSA Area II Regional Competition. The competition, held at Morrisville State College, evaluates the skills the students have developed in their Career and Technical Education programs.
