Fitness Week at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES

Hello to ALL our BOCES crew!
 
The month of May is all about fitness and we'd like to have a fitness week. Please send in photos of yourself participating in physical activities and aerobic exercises. Your PE teacher would love to give you feedback and praise. Can't think of what to do? Take a look at the May DEAM Calendar. This calendar has great exercises and ideas to help you stay physical fit and healthy. We would love to hear from you!
