The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES Special Education program consists of seven program sites encompassing eleven distinct programs that serve students from kindergarten through age 22.

With nearly 300 students enrolled in the Special Education Department, we support a wide range of abilities and learning profiles. Our purpose is simple yet powerful—to unleash the potential within our community. We believe that when we empower students, families, and one another, we strengthen not only individual growth, but also the collective success of our schools and community as a whole.
