The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES School Library System is partially funded by the State of New York to support the school library media programs of member public school districts and nonpublic schools.
Mission
To provide library coordination, training and services to member libraries enabling them to better serve their patrons; to assist members libraries to develop lifelong learning practices in students and to serve as a component of the statewide library network to help ensure free and open access to information for all citizens of New York State.
