Future Earth Movers of America
FEMA is comprised of officers who are elected or appointed from the student body of the Heavy Equipment Repair & Operation program. These young men and women are responsible for providing the leadership of the activities of the organization.
The purpose of this club is to give experience and knowledge in the heavy equipment field on the Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES campus. Membership is open to the entire student body of the HERO program; students who share the responsibility of reshaping the land through the use of bulldozers, backhoes, loaders and skidsteers and recognize the importance of working as part of a team.
