New Visions students should:
Be academically strong
Satisfy graduation requirements
Demonstrate an interest in the education field
Exhibit maturity, responsibility and ability to work both independently and in teams
Be prepared to engage in extensive reading assignments both in and out of the classroom
Be prepared to work extensively on writing skills through assigned written projects
Be prepared to participate in class discussions and presentations on a daily basis
Plan to attend college or pursue other post-secondary education
Personal transportation is preferred
