Jessica Docteur
Director of Curriculum and Staff Development
Jessica Docteur is the Director of Curriculum and Staff Development for the Cayuga Onondaga BOCES. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating and supervising the Professional Development Unit staff, as well as providing regional and on-site professional development for building and district leaders. In her service to the nine component school districts, Jessica offers customized, on-site learning opportunities for leaders including reflective conferencing and support in planning of local initiatives. Jessica also serves as a liaison between NYSED and our nine component districts as a representative to the New York State Curriculum and Staff Development Network.
Jessica began her career teaching high school math in the Westhill Central School District. After earning her Certificate of Advanced Studies from Syracuse University, she left the classroom in 2006 to enter the field of educational leadership. Jessica worked as the Secondary Curriculum Coordinator in the Marcellus Central School District from 2006 until 2010. Jessica currently resides in Weedsport with her husband and two children.
