Audio-Visual and Computer repair services

This program is designed to give prompt and reliable repairs for a full range of school owned audio-visual equipment and computer hardware. Services are designed to be convenient and cost effective.

BOCES courier service is provided to pickup and deliver equipment that needs service.

Special workshops are offered to member schools to train local staff on equipment use and preventive maintenance.

Phone consultations with our technical staff are included within this program.

Audiometer calibration School owned audiometers should be tested and calibrated each year to provide accurate and reliable results. This is a special contract service that BOCES coordinates during the summer recess. Audiometers sent to BOCES qualify for a special group rate providing substantial savings to the school districts. If parts are needed, there will be additional charges to the basic contract amount.
