Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES student greenhouses now open

Students studying Plant, Animal, and Life Sciences at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES have been working hard this school year maintaining three greenhouses. All of the plants in the greenhouses were cultivated from seeds the students chose to plant in soil and carefully nurture into beautiful blossoms.
The greenhouses are open to the public through the end of May. Patrons can purchase plants and planters, and students will be available to educate customers on how to care for the plants.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday hours will vary week to week, but hours will be posted on the school marquee each week.

Prices range from $3 to $20 per item.
For more information, please call Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES at (315) 253-0361.
