Jessica Docteur is the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Educational Programs for the Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the instructional programs offered at the BOCES, as well as the instructional support services offered to our component districts. Jessica also provides regional and on-site professional development for building and district leaders. In her service to the nine component school districts, Jessica offers customized, on-site learning opportunities for leaders including reflective conferencing and support in planning of local initiatives. Jessica also serves as a liaison between NYSED and our nine component districts as a representative to the New York State Curriculum and Staff Development Network. Jessica began her career teaching high school math in the Westhill Central School District. After earning her Certificate of Advanced Studies from Syracuse University, she left the classroom in 2006 to enter the field of educational leadership. Jessica worked as the Secondary Curriculum Coordinator in the Marcellus Central School District from 2006 until 2010. She began her career at BOCES as the Director of Curriculum and Staff Development and was appointed as the Assistant Superintendent in 2014. Pamela McHenry is the newest member of the Professional Development Unit. She is currently providing support for the teachers of Cayuga-Onondaga County BOCES Alternative Education, Career & Technical Education and Special Education Programs. Pam also works with the teachers in Auburn, Union Springs and Cato-Meridian school districts as their Professional Learning Coach. As her role evolves, Pam is looking forward to building relationships with the educators as she works towards district initiatives and educator goals. Prior to joining the PDU team, Pam was part of the Fulton City School District teacher leadership team as a 5-12th grade math coach. Pam joined that team after 13 years of teaching experience in Fulton as a secondary mathematics teacher. She also has 2 years of secondary mathematics teaching experience in Staunton, Virginia. Pam has both her BS in Education and her MS in curriculum and development from SUNY Oswego. She currently lives in Hannibal, NY with her three children.

Tracy Musso is a new member of the Professional Development Unit. Tracy has served as an English Language Arts Instructor at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES for the past six years. Prior to that, she taught secondary-level English for the Southern Cayuga Central School District. Her experience includes developing literacy-based instructional units, creating data-driven assessments and collaborating on research-based projects. Tracy truly enjoys co-teaching and mentoring. As educators are continuing to embrace the New York State Regents Reform Agenda and establish a sound foundation for the Common Core, Tracy will provide support services to the Moravia, Jordan-Elbridge and Southern Cayuga districts. She will also work with the faculty and staff at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES. After graduating from Wells College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Tracy earned a Masters of Arts degree in English at SUNY Cortland. Additionally, she has taught as an adjunct instructor for Cayuga Community College for several years. Tracy resides in Sennett with her husband (Jim) and their four children (Paul, Sarah, James, and Amelia).

Megan Rohlin is a Professional Learning Coach with the Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES. She joined the Professional Development Unit after twelve years of teaching experience in the Auburn Enlarged City School District. Megan works in the Weedsport and Port Byron School Districts as their Professional Learning Coach. In this role, she works to build on the strengths of teachers through collaboration, problem solving, and exploring creative research-based instructional practices to increase student achievement. Megan received a BA from Syracuse University, and a Master’s Degree in Education from SUNY Oswego. She lives with her husband and son in Marcellus.

Laura Torres currently serves as the Administrative Assistant in the Professional Development Unit. She is responsible for the coordination of event logistics as well as workshop registrations for all professional development opportunities provided through the Integrated Professional Learning and Comprehensive School Improvement Cosers. Laura has been with the BOCES since 2001. She has two grown children and resides with her husband in Port Byron.
