Eligibility:
Qualifications: High School Juniors from a component school district who:

* are academically strong
* have satisfied graduation requirements
* have satisfied graduation requirements
* demonstrate an interest in the field of education
* exhibit maturity, responsibility and ability to work both independently and in teams
* have recommendations
* plan to attend college or pursue other post-secondary education
* preferably have personal transportation
